Maharshi Vitiligo Research Centres provides services to patients under the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any treatment.
Appointments and Cancellations
All our skin experts and therapists are qualified and follow our clinic’s treatment protocols. To cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling +91 975 435 7667. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the treatment, any discounts, and your deposit.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal data such as your name, age, gender, contact information, and details about your condition.
Communication
We may contact you regarding your health records, ongoing services, and clinic offers via email, SMS, or phone calls to the numbers you provide. By using our services and providing this information, you consent to being contacted through these methods. We may use a third-party vendor for email and SMS communication, but they are strictly prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
Call & IP Logs
We maintain call recordings and logs for customer service and analysis purposes. This data is securely stored and only accessed by authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Treatment Plans
Treatment plans are purchased with the understanding that you will complete them. Maharshi Vitiligo Research Centres will not offer refunds on treatment plans except in exceptional circumstances where the treatment is deemed unsuitable due to health reasons. Existing value package patients are exempt from these cancellation charges.
Treatment Suitability
We will assess your suitability for treatment before proceeding. If treatment is not recommended, you will only be responsible for the initial consultation fee (if applicable).
Liability
Maharshi Vitiligo Research Centres is not liable for economic losses, indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical details before each treatment. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from your failure to disclose such information. You agree to follow all instructions and recommendations given regarding treated areas. These terms do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Complaints
Maharshi Vitiligo Research Centres is committed to treating patients with respect and fairness. If you have an issue with your treatment, you can file a complaint verbally, by phone, or in writing. We will assist you with the process if needed. The complaint will be investigated, and you may be required to attend an additional consultation with the relevant practitioner. If you are unsatisfied after the initial resolution attempt, the clinic’s Directors will review your case.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Maharshi Vitiligo Research Centres does not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations on treatment plans or services.
