In this patient as u can see patch was not big and was not located on tough area, but difficulty was patient was not able to visit twice weekly, In fact once in fort night for 2 days, I took challenge took approximately one year and perform phototherapy and melanocyte transplant at Maharshi Vitiligo Centre Indore and finished this case.
